Abraham Lincoln's Childhood and Early Life
Lincoln was born on February 12, 1809, to Nancy and Clockmaker Lincoln in a one-room register cabin in Hardin County, Kentucky.
His family moved to austral Indiana in 1816. Lincoln’s restrained schooling was limited to team a few brief periods in local schools, as he had to profession constantly to support his consanguinity.
