An old college pal who saw Long Island dermatologist Kiersten Cerveny just hours before her tragic drug-related death thought she was setting out to have a “quiet night on the town.”
Instead, Cerveny, a former beauty queen turned happily married mom, set off on a path that led to her destruction — under circumstances entirely at odds with her upscale world.
“This was so out of character … I know this was atypical,” said Rod McClave, 41, who met Cerveny 15 years ago when she was a medical student in Louisiana.
“I never knew her to do drugs … the whole thing just seems very shady,” he said.
“Only the people who were with her know exactly what happened — but it’s weird.”

“I want to see the toxicology report,” he added.
McClave met with Cerveny at a Manhattan hotel on Saturday night around 8 p.m.
